Test audio - Select this to test your current speaker volume. This setting adjusts levels of your Skype ringtones and call volume independent of your device volume settings. Note: The default setting for speaker volume is set to maximum (level 10) and can be adjusted anytime. Speaker volume - Adjust your speaker sound volume. Speakers - Select a different speaker if you have one connected. Note: Enabling this option uses more computer resources because the noise cancellation is happening on your device and not on the Skype side. High - All background sound will be suppressed except for speech. However, you can use this setting if you want to share the music you are playing. Low - Low levels of persistent background noise will be suppressed, such as a computer fan or air conditioner. Auto (default) - The Skype app will adjust the level of noise suppression based on your environment. Learn more about AI-based noise suppression. Noise cancellation - Adjust the Noise cancellation option for Skype calls. When you toggle this off, you can adjust your microphone volume manually. Automatically adjust microphone settings - With this toggled on, your microphone volume will be set automatically. Microphone - Select a different microphone device if you have one connected. This feature is only available in Skype for Windows, Mac, and Linux. Webcam settings - Customize your webcam brightness, contrast and more. From there you can customize the following audio and video settings:. What gives? The AirPods work fine in Windows in all configurations (playback and mic). Now we're back where we started: no VMware Virtual Audio (DevTap) or VMware Virtual Microphone (DevTap) options in the SfB Audio Device selection. Then we upgraded Horizon to v7.5.0 and, of course, upgraded Horizon Agent from v7.3.2 to v7.5.0. 
Upgrading only the Horizon Client for Mac from v4.7.0 to v4.8.0 caused the VMware Virtual Audio (DevTap) and VMware Virtual Microphone (DevTap) to appear in the SfB Audio Device selection and the AirPods worked. In this case, analog and USB headsets work fine, but Bluetooth headphones cannot be used. With the following, the VMware Virtual Audio (DevTap) and VMware Virtual Microphone (DevTap) devices are not available in Skype for Business:
